SPEED ACADEMY (Ages 8+)


The development of speed, agility, quickness, coordination, power, flexibility, and conditioning are essential elements in overall athletic ability and an athlete’s success in any sport.  Through our training sessions, Perfect Performance will improve and develop overall athletic ability, as well as the following speed skills:

  •  
    - Core strength and stability
  • - Acceleration speed dynamics
  • - Top speed dynamics
  •  - Multi-directional speed dynamics (Agility and Quickness)
  •  - Plyometric Training (Explosion and Power)



After training with us, athletes will:

  • Run faster (avg. of .2 off of the 40 yd dash)
  • Move quicker (avg. of .2 off of the short shuttle and the 3-cone drill)
  • Reduce the potential for injury
  • Increase overall body strength
