ATHLETIC & SPEED DEVELOPMENT
The development of speed, agility, strength, coordination, power, flexibility, and conditioning are essential elements in overall athletic ability and an athlete’s success in any sport. Through our training sessions, Perfect Performance will improve and develop overall athletic ability, as well as the following speed development skills:
• Establish Core Strength and Flexibility
• Acceleration Speed Dynamics
• Maximum Velocity Speed Dynamics (Top Speed)
• Lateral Speed Dynamics (Agility and Quickness)
• Plyometric Training (Explosion and Power)
After training with us, athletes will:
·• Run faster (avg. of .2 off of the 40 yd dash)
• Move quicker (avg. of .2 off of the shuttle and the 3 cone drills)
• Reduce the potential for injuries
• Increase overall body strength
