In all of our 7 programs, Perfect
Performance fosters an intimate learning
environment for football players through high quality coaching in individual or
small group sessions. We will provide football players the
necessary skills to be successful on the field, as well
as encourage them to reach their full potential through
discipline, sportsmanship, and character building.
Perfct Performance believes in the benefits of
individualized attention. Therefore, each training
session in all of our programs will have a maximum 4:1
athlete to coach ratio. The training sessions will last
1 hour and 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes will be utilized
to properly warm-up and stretch each athlete leaving one
hour for drill and instruction.
