Perfect
Performance’s Jai Lewis and Antoine Bethea Head to the
NFL
Alexandria, VA - Howard University’s
free-safety Antoine Bethea and George Mason University’s Jai
Lewis sign with NFL teams after training with Perfect Performance.
Bethea was drafted in the sixth
round by the Indianapolis Colts. The Howard University
standout trained with Perfect Performance for nearly two
months perfecting technique and studying the game. His knowledge and
skill impressed the Colts and other NFL teams during pre-draft
interviews.
Lewis signed with the New York
Giants as an undrafted free agent. A power forward on the
Patriot’s 2006 Final Four team, he had not played a football
game in more that five years and began training with Perfect
Performance to get his basketball mind football ready. In just two weeks his
football knowledge and literacy developed enough to impress
NFL scouts. The Giants hope to convert him to an offensive
tackle or a tight end.
The Alexandria based athletic
consulting company teaches football players ages 10 and
up how
to enhance their skill level in football by working on the
details that separate good players from great players. Owned by current and
former NFL players, collectively
the group has over 15 years of professional playing experience
and over
20 years
of coaching experience.
