PERFECT PERFORMANCE LIFE CYCLE

In order to know where you want to go, you have to know where you are. Our 4-step life cycle ensures that our athletes, and parents, can set realistic goals for improvement and monitor those goals. The 4-step life cycle is critical to every athlete in our program for the following reasons:

· Assesses the current level of the athlete’s ability
· Allows for the proper placement of each athlete
· Allows us to document progress and improvement throughout our program

Our 4 step life cycle

· Evaluation

· Post evaluation consultation

· Training

· Post training evaluation

We offer the following group sizes:

· Individual- 1:1 max athlete to coach ratio

· Small Group- 10:1 max athlete to coach ratio (QB is always 6:1 max)
