PERFECT PERFORMANCE LIFE CYCLE
In order to know where you want to go, you have to know where you are. Our 4-step life cycle ensures that our athletes, and parents, can set realistic goals for improvement and monitor those goals. The 4-step life cycle is critical to every athlete in our program for the following reasons:
· Assesses the current level of the athlete’s ability
· Allows for the proper placement of each athlete
· Allows us to document progress and improvement throughout our program

· Evaluation
· Post evaluation consultation
· Training
· Post training evaluation
We offer the following group sizes:
· Individual- 1:1 max athlete to coach ratio
· Small Group- 10:1 max athlete to coach ratio (QB is always 6:1 max)
